Refund policy

Each Crumbrella is made to order based on the measurements and configuration you provide. Because of its custom sizing, Crumbrella products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect measurements, incorrect configuration selections, or change of mind.

Please carefully review all measurements and selections before submitting your order. We strongly recommend following our measuring instructions to ensure an accurate fit.

If we made an error:
If your Crumbrella arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or does not match the measurements or configuration submitted with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Order changes and cancellations:
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If production has not yet begun, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping damage:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
